College Life
The College isn't just about courses, it's about people. We hold various charitable activities and other extra-curricular activities, events or occurrences at the College, which we will highlight in this section.

Rodney Pereira was a student at the Gibraltar College from September 1994 until July 1997.
During his time at the College Rodney successfully achieved a BTEC First National Diploma in IT and Electronics (equivalent to five GCSEs) and a Level III BTEC National Certificate in IT, Electrical and Electronics (equivalent to 2 A-levels).
Rodney went on to do a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Design at the University of Luton; which he followed up with a Masters Degree in Integrated Product Development and Sustainable Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.
Rodney has worked in the construction industry for several years until he completed his teacher training (PGCE) in 2010. Rodney has been a teacher at the Gibraltar College since 2012.

Kevin Guerrero was a student at the Gibraltar College from September 1991 until July 1993, entering a year after doing his GCSEs when he decided to discontinue his A-levels and go to the College.
During his time at the College Kevin successfully achieved a BTEC National Diploma in Business studies (equivalent to two A-levels) as well as A-level Spanish.
Kevin went on to complete a BA with Qualified Teacher Status in Business Studies (with IT modules) at the University of Wolverhampton.
He has been a Business, and now IT, teacher at the Gibraltar College since he graduated in 1997; and currently holds the position of IT Resources Coordinator.

Aaron Llufrio was a student at the Gibraltar College from September 2002 until July 2004.
During his time at the College Aaron successfully achieved a dual AVCE in ICT (equivalent to two A-levels) and A-level Spanish.
Aaron went on to study Website Development at Teeside University although, sadly, personal issues meant he was unable to complete his degree.
Aaron has run his own media design company, worked as a senior technician for an IT business, and is currently a Project Manager at Itek Design Studios.
Aaron is also an active gamer, and currently has his own XSV Gamer YouTube and XSV Gamer Mixer channels.

Carl Seromenho was a student at the Gibraltar College from 1999-2002.
During his time with us. Carl succesfully achieved various awards, including:
- BTEC GNVQ Intermediate in IT (equivalent to four GCSEs)
- A-level Spanish
- AVCE Double Award in IT (equivalent to two A-levels)
Carl went on to complete a BSc Honours in Multimedia Technology and Design at the University of Kent at Canterbury. Following this he did a PGCE at Canterbury Christ Church University College, and has been an IT teacher at the Gibraltar College since 2006
